The Kirsch Center is a demonstration building for energy innovation and sustainability with a philosophy of "a building that teaches about energy, resources and stewardship." http://environmentalstudies.deanza.edu/es/ Lane Community College Lane Community College in Eugene Oregon offered one of the first associate degree programs in energy efficiency.
